"LEADER IN ME" GRANT PROPOSAL

This grant proposal was created as part of my course in Equity and Advocacy in Educational Systems. The proposed intervention of this grant proposal calls for the implementation of leadership curriculum, workshops, and professional development as inspired by Stephen Covey's Leader in Me program. The following proposal covers all timeline and budget implementation. Although this course has been completed and this proposal did not undergo official submission, this is a strong example of my ability to conduct educational research, identify issues of equity, and create grant proposal requests as a means of promoting change in the system.
